UTM Position Mailer is a travel and navigation application available on iPhone. It allows users to easily share their UTM coordinates with others through email or iMessage. With a simple rotation of the phone, users can directly read their UTM coordinates. The app ensures the best possible accuracy by always sending a map link showing the exact position, rather than translating it to a nearby street address like some competitor products. This is especially useful when meeting in large parks or areas where street addresses may not accurately represent the intended meeting place.

UTM zones can be handled automatically or manually entered as a one-time setting, making it versatile for different regions and map formats. The supported datum is WGS84, which is consistent with most maps used globally. Similar datums like NAD83 in the US and ETRS89 in Europe are also compatible within a few meters accuracy. However, older datums like NAD27 in the US and ED50 in Europe are not compatible. Please note that this app is not usable in the polar regions as "UPS" is not supported.
